Custom Frozen Birthday Parties

Customize Your Frozen Party!

Step 1: Choose a package. This will provide the framework for your party experience.

Step 2: Contact Elsa with your party specifics. Please include the following information:

When is the date and time of your party?
- Have you already sent out invitations or are you flexible for a time adjustment?
What package have you selected?

What is your child's name?
- How old will your child be turning at his/her party?

Approximately how many kids will be at your party?
What is the age range of your party guests?
Will the party be co-ed?
What kind of space will I be dealing with (size, indoor/outdoor, tables and chairs, etc.)

Will I be appearing at the very beginning of the party, or would you like me to appear later?
Is this a surprise?
Will there be other activities during the time I'm allotted? (Cake, presents, etc)
- Would you like me to help with those activities?

Step 3: Review our games and crafts. Please let Elsa know if any in particular caught your eye. Otherwise, leave the rest to her!

Step 4: Take a look at our Miscellaneous column and select any Extras you'd like to enrich your child's Frozen Party experience! WARNING: Some of these add ons take some notice to prepare.

Step 5: Once Elsa has reviewed your information, she will e-mail or call (please specify which you prefer) with a layout for your custom Frozen Party!

Flurry Package

$85 - 30 mins

Elsa will perform a special song, present your child with a personalized birthday card, and host your choice of fun Frozen themed games!

Blizzard Package

$175-$250 - 60-90 mins

Elsa will perform a special song, present your child with a personalized birthday card, and host your choice games AND art activities!

Eternal Winter Package

$350 - 2 hours

Our deluxe package! Elsa will perform a special song, present your child with a personalized birthday card, and host your choice of games and crafts. This package also grants you access to our exclusive Eternal Winter Activities! Unique and creative projects your child will never forget!

Freeze Dance

Suggested Age: 8 and under

A fantastic "ice breaker."

Princess Elsa will lead your children in a fantastic dance party. First, she will show them her favorite moves inspired by characters from the movie! When the children are ready to go, she will play Demi Levato's "Let It Go" and the dance is on! As the song plays, Elsa will start and stop the music. When the music stops, everyone FREEZE! Game can be played elimination style or just for fun!

Summer, Winter

Suggested Age: 3 and up

A frozen version of "Red Light, Green Light!" Kids gather on a line while Elsa (or the child who is selected as Elsa) walks some distance away and turns around. When she shouts "SUMMER!" everyone walk quickly to the person who is it! But when she turns around to say winter, you'd better freeze! Or it's back to start!

Pin the Nose on the Olaf

Suggested Age: All

Elsa will provide an Olaf poster missing his nose! Each child will receive their own carrot. After writing their name, children will be blindfolded and try to pin the nose on the Olaf! Whoever gets the closest wins!

Note: Very young kids can have a sheer scarf rather than total blackout.

Snowball Fight - Party Favorite!

Suggested Age: All

Pairs perfectly with Olaf's Personal Flurry craft!

Elsa will divide the room down the middle with a masking tape line and divide party goers into two groups. Each child receives a snowball. When Elsa says "GO!" everyone has 30 seconds to throw throw throw! At the end of the 30 seconds, whatever side has the fewest snowballs on either side wins!

Jack Frost Game

Suggested Age: 5 and up

Children are divided into snowflakes, snowballs, and snowmen and given matching tags. Everyone forms a circle with chairs (mats can be provided if not enough chairs are available) around the birthday boy/girl who begins as Jack Frost. When Jack Frost shouts the name of a group, each child with that tag AND Jack Frost must rush to another spot. Whoever does not make it is the new Jack Frost! New variables can be added as the game progresses.

Pass the Snowball

Suggested Age: All (rules adjusted accordingly)

A Frozen twist on "Hot Potato." Elsa plays songs from the Frozen soundtrack while children pass or toss (depending on age) a foam snowball around the group. When the music stops, you've got to freeze for the next round in a silly position!

This game can also be turned into a version of "keep away" for older kids!

Snow Queen Tag / Hans Tag

Suggested Age: 6 and up

MUST HAVE AN OPEN SPACE!

These are two different versions of tag that are tons of fun! The first is a variation of Freeze Tag except... EVERYONE IS IT! Children must try to both tage each other and avoid being tagged!

The other version is a team effort! Kids pair up in partners and link arms, except for two! One lone player is "Hans" (or IT). The runner is Elsa or Anna (whichever they choose). Runners aren't safe when they aren't with a friend! If the runner links arms with another pair, that person is safe, but then the third wheel must start running!

Olaf's Personal Flurry

Suggested Age: 5 and Up

Cut out paper snowflakes to provide Olaf with his own personal flurry! Pairs VERY well with Pin the Nose on the Olaf! Option to take the snowflakes down and crumple them up for the Snowball Fight activity!

Your OWN Personal Flurry!

Suggested Age: 5 and Up

A more extensive version of Olaf's Personal Flurry! Elsa will provide you with clouds on long sticks to hold over your head. All it needs is... Well... A flurry! Cut out paper snowflakes or select from confetti and beads for a more glittery effect! hang from fishing wire and attach to your cloud! (Note, additional fees may be added for beads, but the craft will be more durable!)

Epsom Salt Painting

Suggested Age: ALL

WARNING: VERY FUN AND LITTLE TO NO MESS, BUT REQUIRES PREP HELP FROM YOU!

Kids will paint with Elsa's magical elixir! It looks like water, but when painted on black paper, it dries into beautiful crystals! Paint your favorite Frozen characters or snowflake shapes! (Stencils can be provided with notice)

Snow Swabs

Suggested Age: 5 and up

Use glitter, glue, and wax paper to create easy snowflake ornaments party goers can take home!

Some People are Worth Melting for!

Suggested Age: ALL

Create ooey gooey melty snow goop from cornstarch, water, glitter, and confetti. Hold in your had to make a snowball, or lay flat to see it melt in your hand!

Crowns and Antler Head Gear

Suggested Age: 5 and up

Elsa will provide craft foam antlers and crowns (either pre-cut or stenciled, depending on age range) for party goers to decorate, wear and take home!

Olaf Puppet

Suggested Age: ALL

Use white paper bags and pre-cut pieces to make your very own Olaf puppet! Once puppets are finished, parents are encouraged to get out their cameras as party goers line up and perform his "In Summer" Song with each other!

Summer Proof Snowmen!

Suggested Age: ALL

Craft your very own snow creatures from moldable clay foam. Customize with eyes, hats, scarves and wire arms and other accessories.

Anna's Frozen Snow Globe Scene

Suggested Age: 5 and up

Use Frozen stickers, snow confetti, and a clear plastic plate on paper to create your own 3D shakable snowglobe Frozen poster! Pictures on the walls almost worth talking to!

A special satchel containing an enchanted snowflake necklace, bracelet, or ice crystal your little one can wear or carry whenever he/she needs to feel extra brave!

Instant Snow Play! - Cost of Materials

REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE MONTH NOTICE!

Fabulous for little ones! A tub full of instant snow in summer! Great for sensory play and even snowball fights if outside!

Professional Photographer - $50

Anna Appearance! - AS AVAILABLE

Cost: $50 per half hour

She's here! This performer needs a bit of extra notice (at least three weeks advance) but if you would like sister act, this is an extra performer worth booking! Enjoy the comedic and touching banter, as well as an Anna-oriented slant to some of our favorite activities!

Jack Frost Appearance! - AS AVAILABLE

CROSSOVER ALERT! Elsa gets by with a little help from her friends! Invite Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians is here to help lead activities and crafts and pose for pictures!

Snowflake Window Clings

Use white glue, glitter, and stencils on wax paper. Play fun games while you wait for it to dry, take home, peel off, and stick to your windows! Brighten up the season or bring a little chill to the summer!

Frozen Themed T-Shirts

REQUIRES COST OF MATERIALS FEE

Not Quite an Ice Dress, but still Frozen Fashionable!

Use stencils and fabric paint to create stylish take-home Frozen themed t-shirts! Snowflakes, Olaf faces, or favorite movie quotes! Designs determined by the age of the party goers.

Build Your Own Ice Castle

Simple, a bit messy, and FUN! Use sugar cubes and Elsa's special edible paste to create your own ice castles! Keep it simple or add optional special shimmering sprinkles, marshmallow guards, or other decorations.

Sven and Kristoff's Ice Exploration

NOTE: This craft is AWESOME, but requires a little help from you. Especially if there are more than a few kids. Please inquire in the consultation. Worth the effort! Not recommended for Extra Large parties.

This craft involves large tubs and Ice shapes. Use salt to stick the shapes together to make your own ice creations! Option to add special magic crystal cube
